Patient Code of Conduct Policy

At Magic Squad Dental, our goal is to provide high-quality dental care in a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both patients and staff. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask all patients and their families to abide by the following Code of Conduct.

Expected Behavior

We kindly request that all patients and their accompanying family members:

  1. Treat all staff members, providers, and other patients with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.
  2. Communicate in a calm and respectful manner during interactions with staff.
  3. Follow all practice policies, procedures, and guidelines, including scheduling and appointment-related policies.
  4. Provide accurate and timely information as needed for your care and financial arrangements.

Unacceptable Behavior

The following behaviors will not be tolerated under any circumstances:

  1. Verbal Abuse: Use of offensive, abusive, or insulting language toward staff, providers, or other patients.
  2. Threats: Making any verbal or physical threats toward staff, providers, or other patients.
  3. Profanity: Use of vulgar, obscene, or inappropriate language directed at staff or others.
  4. Harassment: Behavior that is intimidating, demeaning, or inappropriate, including excessive aggression or hostility.
  5. Disruptive Behavior: Actions that disrupt the normal operations of the practice or compromise the safety of staff or other patients.

Grounds for Dismissal

Violation of the above expectations may result in immediate dismissal from the practice. Patients who engage in repeated or severe violations, such as verbal abuse, threats, or profanity toward staff, will no longer be able to receive care at Magic Squad Dental.

If dismissed, it is the patient’s responsibility to arrange for alternative dental care. Patients with insurance are encouraged to contact their insurance provider for assistance in locating other in-network providers.

Reporting Issues

If you experience a problem or have concerns regarding your care, we encourage you to communicate with our office staff or management in a respectful manner. We are committed to resolving any issues while maintaining mutual respect and professionalism.
